The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, significant experience in the technology sector, and a proven track record in handling high-exposure litigation matters. This role requires expertise in managing all aspects of litigation from inception to trial, including drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, conducting legal research, and second-chair trial experience. The candidate must be admitted to the California Bar in good standing. Duties:Represent high-technology clients in intellectual property litigation and business challenges.Handle litigation matters from inception to trial, including drafting pleadings and briefs.Manage discovery processes and conduct depositions.Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.Provide second-chair trial support.Navigate both state and federal court proceedings. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Demonstrated experience in the technology sector, specifically in intellectual property litigation.Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in litigation matters involving product liability, trademarks, patents, copyrights, and related areas.Current California Bar admission in good standing. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Current California Bar admission in good standing. Skills:Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage cases from inception to trial.Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing abilities.Second-chair trial experience.Familiarity with both state and federal court proceedings.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
