This person will be responsible to develop and lead global category strategies and understand the business/company requirements to improve value and partner with business team members.ResponsibilitiesImplement the end-to-end Sourcing process of crafting and leading category strategies, spend and market analysis, running RFx's, negotiating contracts and pricing, and supplier managementUsing deep sourcing and vendor management experience within the IT space, operate at ALL levels of the organization and move seamlessly from strategic to tacticalUtilizing a keen eye for detail, provide insights based on market conditions and trends, investigate innovative methods optimize value from goods and service providers, improve the decision-making process, and increase the flow of information About You Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a Procurement / Supply Chain / Sourcing roleBA/BS in technical, business or analytical subject areaExperience supporting IT Sourcing, technology categories and technology services Other Qualifications Familiarity with standard procurement concepts, practices, and proceduresLeader with strong organizational and interpersonal skillsPossess a positive demeanor, excellent communication and analytical skillsDemonstration of critical thinking, ability to question the output of a financial model and consider options for improvement Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
