Qualifications: Previous working experience as Warehouse Personnel a plus. Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems. Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods. Good organizational and time management skills. Forklift experience preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Primary Purpose: Warehouse personnel responsibilities include picking, packing, and loading trucks. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through proper warehousing. Major Responsibilities: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label, load, and ship). Keep a clean / safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Report any discrepancies. Communicate and cooperate with all coworkers.
