This position serves as the Personal Information Management (PIM) Engineering Supervisor providing direction, support, and project leadership for department staff. In this position you will organize, direct, and control the activities with a highly functional support team in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of the various PIM solutions and applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with DoIT senior leadership to ensure that DoIT's overall goals and objectives are met. The PIM Engineering Supervisor will establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards in the pursuit of continuous service improvements. This roll is both challenging and exciting as there are many platforms maintained by DoIT PIM that require an energized and dynamic person to motivate and lead the team.
