Key Responsibilities: Manage workstreams of projects for analytic and operational capabilities and solutions Assist in developing business processes and system requirements Document stakeholder needs, business objectives, and expectations aligned with projects Required Qualifications: Undergraduate studies with postgraduate studies preferred 3 or more years of experience with statistical software like SAS and SPSS Advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications Proven experience working with large customer databases and identifying trends
