Position Title: Maintenance Front Line Leader : Pulp Pay Rate : 100,600 : 123,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Category/Shift : Salaried Full:Time Physical Location : 700 Kamiski Street Georgetown, SC 29440 The Job You Will Perform: : Provide first level of salaried supervision of mechanical maintenance personnel in the Pulp Area and Pump Shop: Provide Safety Leadership for the maintenance team: Work with the maintenance team to improve engagement: Lead crew in planned routine work, outage work, and emergency work: Improve area reliability through Predictive Preventative, Precision Maintenance: Work with the area Reliability Engineer to identify and solve chronic problems: Work with the area Process Manager to improve Reliability in the Pulp Area: Work with the Area OMC to maximize efficiency of the crew through effective planning and scheduling: Track and control repair labor costs: Track and control repair material costs: Track and control contracted services costs: Track and control repair job costs for the annual outages: Track work execution metrics and work to meet or exceed targets in each metric: Support RCFA, MWS, 5S initiatives: Support Reliability GMS Element teams The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring: : Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience: Minimum of at least 2 years of supervisory or related experience: Proficiency with SAP preferred The Benefits You Will Enjoy: International Paper offers a benefits package that includes health, welfare and retirement plans including Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short:term and Long:term Disability, 401(k), Company:funded retirement contributions, Paid Time Off, Education and Development (including Tuition Reimbursement), Student Loan Repayment Assistance, and Voluntary Benefits including insurance for home, auto, vision and pets.
