They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. You will lead and manage diverse property transactions, collaborate with a dynamic legal team, ensuring exceptional client service and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities: Manage a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions, from land acquisitions to lease agreements. Provide expert counsel to clients, maintaining legal compliance and industry standards. Collaborate within the team, sharing insights and support for property development cases. Cultivate strong client relationships, offering strategic solutions and skillful representation. Identify growth opportunities and enhance market presence to expand the commercial client base. Stay updated on property laws and trends, providing informed advice to clients. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role At least 5+ years PQE (Post Qualified Experience) Qualified Solicitor (SRA member) or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx member). Expertise in diverse commercial property transactions. Strong grasp of commercial property law, statutes, and regulations.
