They are looking for a Private Client Lawyer to join their team. Youll manage a diverse caseload including wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. Contribution to the practices growth is key, while expertise in trust and Court of Protection is advantageous. Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload involving wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. Offer expert legal advice and foster client relationships. Collaborate with a dedicated team for excellence. Contribute to the growth of private client services. Stay updated on private client legal trends. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role Proven experience managing diverse caseloads in private client matters. Qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent. Knowledge of trust and Court of Protection is beneficial. Preferably hold specialised accreditations STEP or SFE.
