Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience in financial management and bookkeeping. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Passion for the mission and work of the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable using QuickBooks Online and Ramp. Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox. Work through and respond to inquiries and resolve questions/issues promptly. Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors. Analyze workflow processes. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors. Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures. Process due invoices for payments. Order office supplies and household items for all programs. Prepare vendor reconciliations, identifying and reporting any applicable issues. Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges. Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial systems. Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and other financial service providers. Other tasks as directed. Powered by JazzHR
