Volt is immediately hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Technician II in El Cajon Ca.As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II you will: * Conduct routine to intermediate maintenance tasks on machinery and hydraulic equipment, which may involve inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, cleaning sump tanks, and replacing filters * Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, which may involve HVAC, insulation, carpentry, equipment installation, alignment, balancing, building repairs, and floor maintenance * Conduct Inspections, diagnose malfuctions, perform tests, and operate machinery to ensure proper processes * Modify functional components of devices or control instruments. * Perform general cleaning of facilities, including internal and external. * Maintain cleanliness in both internal and external facilities. * May assist vendors and contractors on site. * Carry out regular duties, including painting, wall repair, plumbing, and minor electrical work. * Provide support for office relocations, renovations, supply management, and related tasks. * Consistently exhibits punctuality, follows supervisor instructions, collaborates effectively with colleagues, adheres to work rules and procedures, complies with company policies and goals, and is open to constructive feedback. * Other duties as assigned, requested or neededThis is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity,.The ideal candidate will have:. * High school diploma or General Education Development (GED). * Minimum five (5) years industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent of education and experience. * Technical or trade school experience preferred. * Knowledge of standard and intermediate hand tool use. * Ability understand and follow standard operating and safety procedures. * Read and comprehend verbal and written instructions. * Ability to multi-task and work independently. * Ability to perform routine to advanced maintenance?Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st shift 5am - 1:30pmPay: $23 to $30 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
