• Job Description: As a Financial Professional at our Company, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their financial journey toward tax-free wealth and cash flow• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs• Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations based on individual circumstances• Educate clients about tax-free wealth-building strategies and life insurance products• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored financial plans• Build lasting client relationships and foster trust through transparent communication Responsibilities: • Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner• Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media• Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required• Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions• Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process• Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must • Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years• Strong passion for helping others achieve financial independence• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Integrity and professionalism in all interactions• Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial strategies• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Must be eligible to obtain necessary licenses (training provided) Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly About Company: "We operate as a cohesive team, supporting, training, and safeguarding our clients.
