Job Description Job Quick Facts: --- Specialty: Hematology & Oncology NP/PA --- Job Type: Permanent --- Location: Ashtabula, OH --- Service Setting: Outpatient --- Reason For Coverage: Vacancy --- Coverage Type: Clinical + Call --- Work Schedule: Full-time negotiable schedule --- Call Schedule: 10 days per month --- Patient Demographics: 50% Adult, 50% Geriatrics --- Patient Volume: 15-20 (OP), 3-5 (IP) --- % of Practice: 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology --- Physicians in Practice: 2 --- Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy (Intrathecal, Intracavitary, Intrapleural/Peritoneal) --- Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes --- No of Beds: 186 --- EMR: Epic Requirements: --- Active OH License (or in process) --- BC --- BLS, ACLS --- 1 year exp in Hem/Onc as NP/PA --- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate Benefits: --- Competitive Salary ($85,000 - $130,000) --- Relocation Allowance --- 3-year contract structure --- CME credit --- Life insurance --- Medical Plan --- Paid time off --- Emergency Fund Programs --- Relocation allowance --- Tuition reimbursement --- Employee assistance program --- Short & long-term disability --- Retirement plan with employer contributions
