By joining our practice, you will have: Work Life Balance: Tuesday and Thursday Up to 3 weeks collective paid time off Clinical Autonomy Collaborative environment Modern Office Setting Work Life Balance Professional Growth and Leadership Opportunities CE Opportunities Key Responsibilities: Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-rays Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and/or periodontal needs Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patient (review patient health history and care slips) and ensure health history is updated for all returning patients Qualifications Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license X-Ray/Radiology Certification where state regulations specify Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification where state regulations specify Additional Information We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
