Who we need Reporting to the Manager, Billing & Policy Maintenance, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (Billing) to join our growing team. This position is accountable for providing accurate and prompt responses to written and telephone inquiries regarding billing inquiries, customer/member files, and account balances. This role is also responsible for processing service tasks received via email/fax/online, maintaining certificates, and meeting service turnaround timelines. In addition, this role involves assisting other CSRs with complex scenarios and training. A Sr. CSR has an in-depth understanding of our systems and processes within the department.
