Job Description: Role and ResponsibilityLead and coach a team of developers working on .NET and Captiva Requirement: Must have:10+ year .NET5+ CaptivaTechnical management (Team Lead) - 2+Deployment strategy - CI/CDNice to have/Plus:Java, Springboot, ReactExpert in Captiva and designtechnique as well as experience working across largeenvironments with multiple operatingsystems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g.,Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resourcesworking on projects across the Company* Is multi-skilled with expertise across softwaredevelopment lifecycle and toolset* May be recognized as a leader in Agile andcultivating teams working in Agile frameworks* Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill* Strong understanding of techniques such asContinuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, TestDriven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency,security* Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trendsand uses experience to influence application ofthose technologies/trends to support the business;may give speeches and outside the firm, writesarticles#PandoPandoLogic.
