The successful candidate will handle various responsibilities, including court appearances, motion practice, case management, and other related tasks. Here's a comprehensive job description:Job Overview: The Associate Attorney will primarily handle breach of contract and collection litigation matters, ensuring efficient management of cases from demand through judgment.
