This welcoming environment is extended to our employees who enjoy being part of something special - a diverse team that really cares about each other and is committed to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents.DUTIESAssessing and recording of resident's nutritional status, conveying resident information to interdisciplinary team at care conferences, monitoring assigned dining areas, modifying computerized resident dietary records.QUALIFICATIONSThis position requires a Registered Dietitian; Bachelor's degree in Nutrition ; Clinical experience in long term care and transitional care preferred.
