Job Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is primarily responsible for participating in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients. This includes completing initial Functional Behavior Assessments, re-evaluations and reports while overseeing, training, and developing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs, plans and interventions. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for the design and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for clients and their families, which includes but is not limited to conducting a review of data and assessment materials for each individual on their caseload and providing clinical input and feedback as part of a multidisciplinary collaborative treatment team with other clinicians and staff. Additionally, the Behavior Analyst professional works hand-in-hand on a daily basis with agency directors and supervisors while providing direct supervision with a team of therapeutic intervention specialists, and as needed consultation with auxiliary clinical therapist, educational professionals and other direct care staff. Completes all documentation which supports the provision and progression of services. The BCBA models culture throughout their daily interactions with every individual in the clinic, home, and community settings. The BCBA oversees and provides training to the clinical team that directly impacts each patient on his or her caseload in all environments where treatment occurs. Requirements : Must have a Master's degree from an accredited university accredited by an accrediting body of the Council on Higher Education Accreditation in a Human Service field. Applicable Behavior Analyst Certification Board credentials. Must be eligible and able to receive Medicaid credentialing. A minimum of 2 years experience in a mental health program is preferred. Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required. Must possess strong time management and detail-orientation skills. Must be able to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Must possess conflict-management skills and be able to deal effectively with conflict in the workplace. Must possess a valid state driver's license. Must be willing to travel within the greater Louisville community and as needed.
