CASE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION : Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join our Personal Property Team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment are imperative as there will be a lot of direct contact with clients, many of whom are under tremendous stress and may feel overwhelmed. This is a fully on-site role at our Maui office. SALARY AND BENEFITS : $25.00-$27.00/hour Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Singleton Schreiber, LLP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including employer paid health, dental, and vision plans, childcare reimbursement, a transportation reimbursement program, paid parental leave, and a 401k. JOB DUTIES: Successful candidates will be skilled communicators and able to empathize with clients while gathering necessary information. Case assistants must be detail oriented and organized, professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines. Management of electronic information, document management, and document review. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS : Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including: Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
