Start your Voyage - Apply Now Getting to know the Opportunity: The Vice President of Corporate Real Estate is responsible for developing a real estate strategy in support of the company's Remote First, Hybrid occupancy model and Business Strategies. The role has direct oversight of the company's real estate leased and owned portfolio comprising 1.7M square feet of space in 75 locations, including budgets, ensuring a safe and secure work environment that facilitates creation, collaboration, and celebration. Manage all locations efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves strategic planning, financial oversight, construction oversight of Tenant Improvements, capital repairs and operational management of the company's property portfolio.The Contributions You'll Make: Develop and implement strategies for the management and optimization of the company's real estate portfolio. Collaborate with senior leadership to align real estate portfolio with the company's strategic goals. Manage department negotiations for leases, subleases, and owned asset dispositions. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation of locations to ensure a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment. Manage department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Prepare and manage portfolio budget, including cost control and forecasting. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and sustainability practices. Coordinate with external contractors (Architects, Engineers, Security, and General Contractors) and service providers . Implement technology solutions to improve facility operations and user experience.Preferred Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience in corporate real estate and facilities management in a leadership role. Strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Excellent organizational, leadership and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of Architectural, MEP, Security and Low Voltage Construction Documents. Knowledge of sustainability practices. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful real estate and facilities management.#LI-JS-1Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
