Medical Assistant-Neurology-Mercy South

Mercy South Neurology Clinic Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Overview: Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact. Maintains waiting room. Performs general clerical duties as needed. Assists with all aspects of patient care as directed by nurses and physicians. Maintains examination rooms. Calls pharmacy with prescriptions, and patients with test results. Key Benefits: Regular performance incentives Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education. Qualifications: Medical Asst-Receptionist I Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: at least one year of experience. Medical Asst-Receptionist II Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: AND two years' experience or 4 years comparable experience within medical office.
