The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, with a focus on retail and industrial properties.Conduct legal research and analysis on leasing issues, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.Assist senior attorneys in lease negotiations and transactions.Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on leasing matters.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Collaborate with internal teams, including other attorneys and support staff, to ensure efficient lease processing.Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting leasing transactions. Requirements:Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited institutions.Admission to the New York State Bar.Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, preferably from a well-known real estate firm.Strong academic credentials.Excellent communication and client service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Education:Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited institutions. Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills:Extensive experience and success in drafting and negotiating commercial leases.Strong understanding of real estate law, particularly in retail and industrial sectors.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Effective communication and client relationship management abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
