The candidate must have experience including negotiation of preparation, review, and negotiation of credit agreements, inter-creditor arrangements, collateral documents and other ancillary credit documents, and/or tax equity transaction documents (including equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC Agreements, leases and other ancillary documents relating thereto), and include significant experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements (joint venture agreements, feedstock, offtake, EPC/EPCM, O&M services, transportation, commodity purchase and sale, and/or other project agreements). This international, mid-sized, and young New York office has attorneys with a wide array of experience in antitrust law and commercial litigation; corporate finance and securities law; employment litigation and labor; project finance and development; real estate and mortgage finance; restructuring, insolvency and reorganization, and transactions based in Latin America.
