Apply today and join our team!Lead Paralegal - Corporate and SecuritiesAs Mosaic's Lead Paralegal - Corporate and Securities, you will be a go-to person in our Law Department. Day to-day, you will work closely with many members of our Law team on a wide variety of corporate and public reporting matters. If you are a senior corporate paralegal with experience working with a large publicly traded company, we want to hear from you! Join us as we pave the way in sustainable food production!Where You'll WorkThis role is based out of our Executive Office (located at 101 East Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL). In this position, you can also expect to spend some time traveling depending on business needs. This role is eligible for paid relocation!What You'll Do: * Support Board of Director and Committee meetings and annual stockholder meeting planning, agendas, material preparation, and execution. * Review and prepare meeting minutes, presentation materials, and corporate resolutions. * Act as the key point of contact for Board and executive leadership team. * Manage Board portal (Diligent Boards) utilized by Board and executive leadership team to share meeting materials and other communications. * Support the corporate subsidiary management process including organizational management system (Diligent Entities) administration. * Collaborate with Law Department and external advisors to organize agendas, materials, and arrangements for periodic meetings of our European subsidiary entities. * Support the preparation, printing, filing and distribution of proxy statement and related materials for Mosaic's annual meeting of stockholders. * Support Section 16 filings and assist with the preparation and filing of periodic reports on Form 8-K. * Support NYSE compliance and reporting working directly with Mosaic's Senior Securities Counsel. * Serve as the key point of contact for Mosaic's transfer agent. * Partner with Law team and outside legal counsel in support of corporate transactions. * Support our legal, tax, treasury, and finance teams with internal corporate restructurings. * Support the maintenance and organization of corporate legal records for Mosaic Law Department.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: * A Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor's degree from an accredited university * Significant experience (preferably 10+ years) as a senior or lead paralegal of a publicly traded company (preferably NYSE) or a law firm supporting publicly traded companies. * Significant experience supporting attorneys on SEC and governance matters. * Exceptional professional judgment and ability to handle complexity and work with cross-functional partners at all levels. * Experience working directly with and supporting executive leadership and public company boards. * A demonstrated ability to consistently own and solve problems and drive results. * The ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects concurrently. * A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, and a can-do attitudeWhat's In It for You: * An attractive base salary plus annual performance incentives to reward your hard work. * As needed, a generous relocation package, complete with home sale assistance, a monetary stipend, and more! * 11 paid holidays so can you recharge and spend time with loved ones. * 401(k) with a company match plus annual company contributions to help you build wealth and secure your future. * Paid vacation to help you maintain that work/life balance. * Paid sick leave for when you need it. * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance to help your family stay healthy and happy. * The chance to work at a global company where you can make an impact. * A diverse and inclusive work environment that values collaboration, creativity, and innovation. * Endless growth and learning opportunities.#li-KM1
