Purpose of Role The Supply Planner will support the global business and drive operational excellence/business performance. The Supply Planner will optimize inventory management and fill rate results by working cross-functionally across the Supply Chain Organization. To be successful, the Supply Planner will be required to easily move between detailed tactical analysis and cross-functional collaboration. They will be responsible for purchase order management within their assigned division/business segment. Your Impact Execute Open to Buy processes, including purchase order creation and management. Reporting will be required to provide summaries of key Supply Planning data, help resolve operational issues or other ad-hoc needs. Integrated with global partners (i.e. Regional Offices, Vendors) for timely and accurate Purchase Order confirmation and discrepancy resolution. Collaborating with partners to optimize capacity utilization. Understand and support KPIs and validation protocols to ensure all Supply Planning activities are complete and accurate Collaborate within the Supply Planning Organization, Global Operations, Regional Customer Service to optimize customer fill rate Support projects related to Supply Planning. Ability to troubleshoot system issues, master data issues participate in continuous improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Masters degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree. Understanding of planning systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Products Workplace Location Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office. Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote. Relocation No relocation provided Base Compensation $65,519.00 - $90,088.90 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
