JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our customers. RESPONSIBLITIES Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductwork. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs. Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs and recommendations to clients and selling them any necessary services. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. EPA certification required.
