As a vital member of the team, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to ensure a smooth operation of the classroom. From planning and implementing engaging activities to following daily schedules, your creativity and passion for education will shine through.You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with classroom aides and volunteers, coordinating activities that promote a fun and enriching environment. Your dedication to program quality, in alignment with ECERS/ITERS, Early Learning Resource Centers/ Pennsylvania Key guidelines, and YMCA program policies, will contribute to the safety, well-being, and age-appropriate instruction of all the children entrusted in your care. These include a minimum of 2 years of full-time postsecondary study, an associate's degree or higher, or a Child Development Associate's certificate.
