We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team and support the coordination and execution of private parties and space rentals. Responsibilities: Assist in preparation, coordination, and execution of private parties and space rentals, including birthday parties, social gatherings, and special events for all ages. Collaborate with members and guests to understand event needs, preferences, and expectations, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience. Prepare event spaces, including setup of tables, decor, inflatables, activities, food, technology, and sports areas, according to client specifications and Elite Sports Clubs standards. Welcome and assist event attendees, providing guidance, information, and support throughout the event. Monitor and oversee the safe and enjoyable use of equipment and facilities during events, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations. Coordinate with Elite staff and occasionally external vendors or service providers to facilitate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events, including sanitization of equipment and surfaces. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support event schedules.
