CTR Group is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for a Metal Fabrication Company in the Hampton, VA, area. A great Career Opportunity with an established company! Pay Rate: Up to $20 per Hour plus Benefits SUMMARY: We are currently seeking an experienced warehouse operator and driver in our shipping/receiving department. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to sort materials and deliver products for the US Navy and various industries in a work environment that is team-oriented, supportive, and focused on quality. Experience a workplace where you are valued, respected, and appreciated. Deliver and pick up materials as required. Efficiently load and unload trucks with a forklift. Inspect incoming materials for correct dimensions, quantities & material types. Kit materials for the production team in an organized manner so that they can start assembly quickly and efficiently. Kit, package, and label completed assemblies for final delivery to our customers. Validate software and hardware components as part of the delivery and kitting process. REQUIREMENTS: Basic math and English proficiency. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to read a ruler and follow instructions. Physical ability to lift 50lbs. Experienced in reading structural drawings. Proficiency in forklift operation. Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Experience with manual transmission driving.
