We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-construction to final completion- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans- Communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed- Prepare and submit project reports to senior managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationJoin our dynamic team and be a part of our exciting projects that shape the skyline of Paradise.
