This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Job: Full timeMonday to FridayWeekends free Pay Range: $19.50 - $24.00 hourly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Miami, FL Responsibilities: Greeting and welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate department or employee Maintaining and updating visitor logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional and friendly demeanor Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points: Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account Powered by JazzHR
