Constitution Properties, LLC is an independently owned and operated franchisee of "We Buy Ugly Houses." We have a full-time opening for a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an ambitious spirit, and a great work ethic. This is a WFH position. However, you MUST be able to attend meetings and appointments in person within MA. NO Real Estate or Home-Buying experience is needed. We will Train! Compensation: This position offers a base salary and commission with an earning potential of $90,000 - $140,000 depending on performance. Responsibilities:• Understanding client needs and offering solutions to sellers.• Communicate with office staff to ensure the highest level of service.• Use Salesforce CRM to regularly follow up with customers and input data.• Develop new business opportunities for sales acquisitions.• Attending appointments Monday - Friday with occasional weekend and early evening appointments.• Must be willing to travel within MA to meet with customers. Qualifications:• No Home Buying, Real Estate, or Construction Experience is needed. WE WILL TRAIN! • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.• Excellent communication skills.• Must Pass CORI Check.• MUST have a valid driver's license and a reliable car.
