Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries in a face-to-face manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and government incentives.• Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.• Educate customers face-to-face on renewable energy.• Meet with the team to come up with new ideas. Qualifications:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.• High school diploma; some college is a plus.
