The Retreat partners with The Villa at Sunny Vista, a community with 50 independent living apartment homes accessible to low-income and disabled seniors, as well as The Living Center at Sunny Vista, providing 116 suites with skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.We are looking for compassionate staff who have a heart for working with the elderly. With new management, we are looking to build a team of caring individuals who are dedicated to making the lives of others better each day. Please see below and apply to our team!Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Using strong hospitality focus, serves as the first and central point of contact for service related issues. Answers residents questions and assists residents in making reservations for dining, travel, in-home service referrals, dry cleaning depository, entertainment attractions, events, etc as applicable. Develops and delivers personalized service. Answers phone, manages in house mail center and serves as a general referral source. Maybe responsible for supporting the sales process and sharing the responsibility of census goals.Essential Duties: Screens incoming calls; takes messages and /or forward call appropriate. Greets and sign in all visitors. Provide direction/ or information to residents, visitors, guests and vendors. Provide clerical assistance as needed. Ability to type letters of correspondence, memorandums, reports, forms, etc. Receives event reservations, schedules guest apartment reservations and updates census, resident directory and other information as directed. Receives and processes work orders for the community. Manages office equipment and supplies.EOEThe Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Pay Range Minimum: $15.57 per hour ; Maximum: $17.01 per hour. The base range represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
