We are seeking for a talented and dedicated Technical Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. The person will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying technical solutions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Technical Analysis: Assess the feasibility of business requirements from a technical standpoint, identifying potential technical solutions and constraints. System Design: Work closely with technical teams to design systems and solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural standards. Documentation: Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, system designs, and technical requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of project objectives. Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and validation of technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Project Management: Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful project delivery. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Requirements: Proven experience (8 years) working as a business analyst or technical consultant in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is preferred. Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
