Crossroads Programs, Inc., an affiliate of Apis Services Inc., is actively seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Part-Time Nursing Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include overseeing medical administration, providing training and support, managing medication documentation, and facilitating clinical assessments. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or certificate in nursing with a valid New Jersey RN license. * Minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with at-risk youth. * Experience in developing and implementing activities/curriculum for varied learning styles. * At least one year of direct nursing supervisory experience. * Valid driver's license which has been in good standing for the previous six months. What Sets You Apart? * Strong affinity for working with teenagers. * CPR Certification. * Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent results and quality performance. * Sound, mature judgment skills. * Trauma-sensitive/strengths-based approach with excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills. * Proven ability to work efficiently, flexibly, and with good humor. * Success in roles requiring timely execution of tasks while managing multiple priorities. * Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm. * Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care to teenagers with moderate to complex emotional/psychological problems.
