Requirements and Responsibilities Completion of a four-year baccalaureate degree.Candidates must be AOC board eligible with demonstration of passing scores on written, oral and practical board examinations within two years.Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.The ability to represent the organization and serve consumers in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the organization and its services.Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work collaboratively with coworkers, physicians, children, and their families.Physical ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time to perform or assist with patient care procedures.Frequently bends, lifts, twists, reaches, and squats.Occasionally push/pulls and does overhead work.This position will travel between Children's Main Campus in Milwaukee, Mequon and New Berlin.The hours for this role are: Monday-Friday 0730-430pm.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
