They are committed to providing high-quality care to their patients and improving the health outcomes of the communities they serve. About the Role The EHC Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Education, Health and Care EHC plans of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities SEND. They will work closely with the local authorities, healthcare professionals, and schools to ensure that the EHC plans are implemented effectively and the needs of the children and young people are met.
