Currently, we have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our phenomenal team! What We Offer: Top industry pay structure, including spiffs and commissions Paid holidays and paid time off Medical insurance - 75% employee contribution Supplemental insurance options Company vehicle, gas card, tablet Tool reimbursement program Professional development Employee appreciation events Year-round essential work with no layoffs Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on-call schedule for weekends & evenings, some overtime as needed Pay Range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour, dependent upon skill set + ability to earn monthly performance-based bonuses + commission plan Required Qualifications: 1 year of HVAC field service experience Impeccable customer service skills Willing to invest in tools Ability to follow written and verbal directions EPA certification Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Successfully pass a background check and drug screen Preferred Qualifications: HVAC tech school completion Nate certification experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
