Job Summary The Senior Mechanical Engineer-Thermal and Heat Transfer will use heat transfer expertise to help make our product more efficient and sustainable; maintain, create, or repair mechanical systems that involve a heat transfer process into other forms of energy. Key Responsibilities Analyze and create design solutions. Work in conjunction with other engineers. Efficiently lead and manage resources allocated for projects. Write and submit design and project status reports. Estimate the cost of projects and the time required for completion. Develop and test machines for design feasibility and compatibility with established regulations. Skills & Qualifications Solid understanding of parametric design methodology. Good working knowledge of designing in Inventor and AutoCAD design tools. Education & Experience Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 8 years' experience in Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer designs and methodologies. Minimum of 5 years' experience in automation design methodologies. Solid understanding of parametric design methodologies. Melting furnace design experience preferred.
