Requires skills and experience in the following: Knowledge of the following tools: Llamasoft, EXE, Excel, and Tera Data; Detailed Supply Chain knowledge including the ability to understand shipping locations/warehouses and use of ODS to determine which stores ship from which warehouse; and Detailed analytical skills needed to conduct sophisticated Supply Chain Network Planning. Job duties :Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Analyze potential impact of recommendations and solutions on other business areas, changing market conditions and client groups; cost / benefit analysis, design and implementation of supply chain models. Define, optimize, automate and document current and future operational scenarios; collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into solutions and business requirements; gather and validate data and information from stakeholders and convert them into actionable insights and solutions. Standardize automated projects by drafting and implementing as operations manual for company's end-to-end supply chain management; Document artifacts by defining current and future operational scenarios. Analyze information and data to conceptualize and define operational problems; prepare management reports to define and evaluate issues; recommend solutions. Support ad-hoc analysis requests, development of new tools and systems, and process improvement projects. Participate in identification and adoption of new Analytical technologies and systems and performance improvement project. Identify documents, analyze, implement, and communicate solutions to meet the needs of the business. Create a work breakdown structure to identify and analyze business solutions to cater with the ever-changing customer needs. Compile and analyze current state information and data to contribute to system and process improvements and optimization; recommend databased solutions. Manage complex projects that encompass technologies, facilities, processes, materials, handling systems, and business initiatives; ensure projects stay on schedule, are of high quality, and create business value. Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessments, and coordinate project's logistical team. Manage and/or plan work/initiatives/projects limited to parts of a functional area. Develop project management tools for Supply Chain. Support delivery of processes, systems, metrics and/or services in agreed-upon periods.
