About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced professional that will focus on supporting the implementation of the Reputation Risk policy for CIB. In this role, you will: Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review procedures and tools to manage reputation risk and the effectiveness of function to support business performance and make recommendations for improvement. Perform reputation risk assessments through unstructured fact finding and data, develop conclusions about complex issues within time constraints, and recommend appropriate solutions and risk mitigation actions Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area and products. Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans in CIB. Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Develop and execute periodic reporting procedures to produce risk measures and risk reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders Provide timely inputs to enterprise risk management programs based on robust understanding of risk drivers Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Preferred experience working in Compliance, Legal or Risk oriented function in an Investment Bank, Law Firm or consulting firm. Strong communications skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization.
