Location: Dallas: Irving, TX,United States (US)Employment Status: Salary Full:TimeFunction: SalesPay Range: (49,000.00: 78,400.00)Target Bonus: Req ID:24517 PURPOSE: Actively manage and grow 6.2+ million territory; drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives; build distributor relationships to grow discretionary sales and promote your own target programs to increase share. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): : Actively manage and grow existing 6.2+ Million territory in DFW/Central Texas market.: Manage strategic relationships with Alamo Steel, Stoughton Trailers, Holt Cat, UTI, and TSTC.: Aggressively engage all large and medium end:users to deliver Lincolns total value proposition and increase sales. Provide technical support, demonstrations, and training where needed and where it will drive a positive sales result. Drive corporate and regional strategic initiatives with focus on growing Top Line, Alloy, Automation, and High Technology Products.: Develop strategies to grow business at key distribution partners within the territory. Manage relationship with Airgas, Linde, Airco and DuPuy Oxygen. Provide distributor training as needed; support and promote corporate distributor programs and create your own targeted programs to drive sales and increase share in this channel.: Provide end:user training support and promote all Lincoln products with a special focus on Automation products for these customers.: Drive Educational Programs to all major schools to increase product share, visibility in educational facilities, and total sales.: Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering discipline strongly preferred. - Minimum of three years of industry/technical sales experience. - Above:average sales performance over the last three years. - Initiative:taking, aggressive and independent. - Ability to relocate to Dallas.
