If you have experience in the restaurant industry and are looking for your next fun, challenging, and rewarding career in food service, we would love for you to join our team!Noodle Express offers flexible schedules and a base wage of $16.28-17.50 an hour, with an additional $6-$8/hr thanks to our generous tip pool. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will create and sustain an environment that promotes the growth and development of all team members. In addition to having the ability to work and perform in multiple roles throughout the restaurant such as cook, prep cook, and cashiering. Giving superb service to guests. Aiding and assisting the store manager in compliance with restaurant standards, policies and procedures. Ensuring departmental tasks are completed. Bring a spark of energy to every shift! Maintain a high level of excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness in support of reaching restaurant goals. And have following required knowledges, skills, and ability: Previous restaurant leadership experience Ability to pass a background check Leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Able to thrive in front of guests at the register or in front of the grill. The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and perform physical tasks throughout the restaurant. Our restaurant is a fast-paced, rewarding place to work.
