Key Responsibilities: Windows 10 Desktop Support Troubleshooting Desktop Issues. Fulfillment of Hard IMAC Service Requests. Desktop Hardware maintenance Desktop and Image Management Anti Virus Hardening Patching SCCM BigFix Windows IMACS Wifi troubleshooting Software installation Basic Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in desktop support, networking, packaging, and troubleshooting High School Diploma or GED Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
