The candidate will provide legal counsel to new and existing clients while learning from seasoned attorneys. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for this role. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing legal research, reviewing and drafting documents, and ensuring that all legal matters are handled professionally and efficiently. The candidate will work closely with senior litigation and transactional attorneys to address the various legal needs of firm clients.
