Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is actively searching for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead the construction of commercial infrastructure projects throughout the Sacramento and Northern California marketplaces.This is an outstanding long-term employment opportunity within one of the region's leading development firms who is seeking a Senior Project Manager who not only possesses the expertise to oversee some of the most significant projects in the area but also has the potential to contribute significantly to the firm's leadership over time.The ideal candidate should boast a minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to the realm of commercial development projects. These projects may include offices, retail spaces, restaurants, mixed-use facilities, medical establishments, and multi-family residences. You should be well-versed in assessing construction schedules, developing comprehensive scopes of work, creating accurate budgets, efficiently processing change orders, handling RFI's, nurturing vendor relationships, and providing vigilant oversight of construction activities and inspections to ensure the successful delivery of projects.As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will entail directing onsite construction for a diverse range of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all design/build project activities, spanning from rough grade to project closeout for single or multiple concurrent projects; directing construction activities, formulating schedules, managing RFI's, handling submittals, procuring materials, coordinating personnel, ensuring rigorous quality control, and overseeing inspections to guarantee the successful completion of commercial projects. The typical project scope will range from $5 to $50 million.Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related industry experience. Strong construction management skills, along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, are essential.
