In this role, you will work in an administrative with light customer service duties position, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations.Responsibilities/Tasks: * Answering phones, emails, and communicating with customers, agents, and carriers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Handling filing tasks to maintain organized records and documentation. * Tracking and tracing shipments to provide real-time updates to customers and ensure timely delivery. * Assisting with billing processes, including invoicing customers and processing vendor invoices. * Performing administrative tasks to support the department and ensure smooth operations.
