Revenue Cycle Manger - Medical Practice Our well-established client has an immediate need for a Revenue Cycle Manager with muti-location medical practice experience. This is a hands-on role, responsible for managing medical billing and coding activities and developing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce billing errors. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire revenue cycle process for our multi-site medical practices in various states. Manage medical billing and coding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce billing errors. Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing issues. Monitor and analyze financial data related to billing, collections, and reimbursements. Train and supervise billing and coding staff to maintain high standards of performance. Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and coding practices, Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing and coding, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. MUST HAVE MEDICAL PRACTICE EXPERIENCE. In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, coding systems, and reimbursement processes. Experience with Athena EMR a plus. Powered by JazzHR
