As a software engineer at Capital One Software , you will be on the forefront of driving a major technology transformation by building Enterprise B2B solutions focused on providing cloud and data management solutions for companies operating in the cloud. Job Responsibilities Responsible for overall delivery of software components which meet functional specifications & product requirementsAutomate component & integration testsCollaborating with tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design and deliveryGood knowledge of secure coding practicesBe fearless and try out new open source technologies/frameworks to solve business problemsBe fungible in a full stack team and own all aspects of delivering business applications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of professional software engineering experience Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience working in agile environment1+ years of experience developing applications with programming languages like NodeJS, Java, Python, SQL.1+ years of experience developing Cloud Native applications1+Experience with RDBMS, understanding of NoSQL1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service1+ years of experience working with React1+ years of experience building REST based APIs1+ year of experience developing Cloud Native applicationHands On experience with a wide variety of AWS services (CloudFront, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, DynamoDb, Lambda, Route53, VPC) At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Remote (Regardless of Location): $117,400 - $134,000 for Software EngineerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
